Pondicherry Multipurpose Social Service Society [PMSSS] is the registered social service agency of the Archdiocese of Pondicherry and Cuddalore. Headquartered in the heart of Pondicherry, PMSSS has been shaping the socio economic destiny of numerous people in the Union Territories of Pondicherry and Karaikal and the districts of Cuddalore and Villupuram in the state of Tamilnadu for the past 29 years.

South Arcot Multipurpose Social Service Society [SAMSSS] is an Archdiocesan Social Service Organization of the Archdiocese of Pondicherry and Cuddalore. SAMSSS was founded in 1984 with the interest to serve the needy and the poor in the District of Villupuram - Tamil Nadu.

Le Conseil d’Administration de L’Archdiocese de Pondichery is a Society registered under the Societies Registration Act 1860 with Registration No.43 of 1973 and registered as a Religious & Charitable Society under section 12AA(b) of the Income Tax Act 1961. Originally, the Council of Administration of Archdiocese was constituted in the year 1939 with Msgr.A.S.Colas, Archbishop of Pondicherry as its Chairman, Msgr.J.M.Gopu, Auxiliary Bishop of Pondicherry and Rev.Fr.H.Cailleault, Procurator as Members of the Society during the French settlement in India.

Le Conseil d’Administration de L’Archdiocese de Pondichery is the Society to establish, maintain and administer Churches, Educational institutions, Social institutes, dispensaries, hospitals, orphanages and other related institutions to promote the object of the society and to perform works of charity for those in need irrespective of race, caste, community or creed in the Archdiocese of Pondicherry.

The South Arcot Diocesan Corporation is a company incorporated under the Indian Companies Act 1913 with registration No.3 of 1934 and registered as a Charitable Trust/Institution under section 12A(a) of the Income Tax Act. The South Arcot Diocesan Corporation is the Company to establish and administer Churches, Educational institutions, Social institutes, dispensaries, hospitals, orphanages, convents and other religious, educational and charitable institutions to promote the object of the Company in the Archdiocese of Pondicherry & Cuddalore.
