Archdiocesan Finance Council

The Finance Council serves as the principal consultative body for the diocesan Bishop regarding the administration of the temporal goods of the diocese in accordance with Church Law ( canons 492-493 of the 1983 Code of Canon Law ). Its members, appointed by the Bishop, are selected for their expertise in financial affairs and civil law.
The Finance Council is to annually examine and approve a budget of the income and expenditures which are foreseen for the entire governance of the Archdiocese, and is to accept a financial report of the Archdiocese at the conclusion of each fiscal year.
